We partner with domestic and international vendors and jewelry makers to provide you the best products and prices. 
This means that your order is shipped from the United States as well as global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery. **(Most of our customers receive their order in 2-3 weeks.
Countries outside the United States may experience longer shipping times)**

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
For other special offers and giveaway items, please allow from 2 to 4 weeks for
delivery as they may be shipping from other countries.
For international shipping allow from 3-7 weeks

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Packing your items usually start quickly after you order. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT IS GOING ON?
Kindly check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there! If you can't find it, you can contact our support team at sunny@sunnydawnjohnston.com or through the contact form on the site.

ARE THE **FREE** ITEMS REALLY FREE?
YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
