We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Remember to include your original invoice or packing slip.

As a friendly reminder, our shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If an item is damaged or defective, the return shipping is on us!

CONDITIONS OF SALE
We have made an effort to show the color of products as close as possible to the actual item. However the colors that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality of your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor are exactly like the real colors. Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the expiration date indicated or until the item is sold out, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges and Returns

You may return any product purchased from Sunny Dawn Johnston within 30 days of delivery for a full exchange, credit or refund. All events/workshops/retreat tickets purchased through Sunny Dawn Johnston are non-refundable.

  1. Please email orders@sunlightalliance.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return or exchange and the reason. Also include if you would like to exchange the item/s or if you would like to receive a credit or a refund for the item/s
  2. Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice along with the merchandise you are returning.
  3. Mail returns to: 4640 W. Redfield Road Glendale, Az 85306 with return marked on the outside of box or envelope
  4. We recommend that you make note of your return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. SUNNY DAWN JOHNSTON is not responsible for any lost returns.
  5. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
  6. We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping charges), upon receiving the return. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
